Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and participate on 7j7j. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time.

1.2 Account Creation Rules

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts is a violation of these Terms and all accounts may be closed immediately.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and truthful.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential.
• If your account details change, you must notify 7j7j immediately.
• You may not allow any third party to use your account.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

7j7j may request completion of an identity verification process (Know Your Customer) at any time to ensure a safe environment. A copy of your National ID (NID), passport or driving licence may be required. Withdrawals may be delayed if verification is not completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals

2.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on 7j7j is ৳200 (two hundred taka). The same minimum limit applies across all payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• You are advised to avoid depositing using credit cards or borrowed funds.

2.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• 7j7j reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Additional verification may be required for unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Applicable bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal.

Bonuses and Promotions

3.1 Welcome Bonus

7j7j offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required to receive this bonus.

• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (deposit + bonus).
• The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
• Each registered account is eligible for the welcome bonus once only.
• The bonus must be used within a specified time limit, which will be stated in the bonus terms.

3.2 Other Bonuses and Promotions

7j7j may from time to time introduce special promotions, reload bonuses, cashback offers and VIP rewards. Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are published on the promotions page.

• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious bonus activity is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.
• 7j7j reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

3.3 VIP Program

7j7j has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback — starting at 0.2% at Bronze and going up to 0.8% at Diamond. It is possible to advance to higher tiers through regular play.

In case of a dispute, game logs, server records, and transaction history will be considered as final evidence. The decision of 7j7j will be considered final and binding, however a request for reconsideration may be made in good faith.

Miscellaneous Provisions

12.1 Severability of Terms

If any provision of these terms is declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.

12.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between 7j7j and you. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by these terms.
